Santé South Wine & Food Festival
Since 2006, the Santé South Wine & Food Festival has brought together exceptional wines, outstanding cuisine, and a shared commitment to advancing Alzheimer's and dementia care in Mississippi. Recognized as one of the state's premier wine and food festivals, Santé South offers guests an unforgettable evening featuring world-class wines, signature dishes from some of Mississippi's top restaurants, and meaningful connections with fellow food and wine enthusiasts.
As an international showcase, Santé South provides a rare opportunity to meet boutique winemakers from around the globe while sampling more than 120 exceptional wines and culinary creations from Mississippi's vibrant restaurant community.
Founded by Norm Rush of Beaumad & Associates, Santé South benefits The MIND Center at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and has helped raise more than $1.5 million to support Alzheimer's and dementia care, support services, education, and research throughout Mississippi.
Proceeds from Santé South 2027 will support the Fred R. Adams, Jr. MIND Center and Geriatric Clinic.

The Fred R. Adams, Jr. MIND Center and Geriatric Clinic represents the future of Alzheimer's and dementia care in Mississippi. Proceeds from Santé South 2027 will help support this transformative facility, designed to provide comprehensive geriatric and memory care for older adults and their families.
With more than 30,000 square feet dedicated to patient care, research, education, and support services, the clinic will expand access to specialized care while creating space to meet the growing needs of communities across Mississippi.
Construction is currently underway, bringing this vision one step closer to reality for Mississippi patients, families, and caregivers.
